My Official Immortality Yogurt Recipe
If you heard my episode on fringe biohacks nobody’s heard of, then your ears may have perked up as my guest and I talked about a bacterial formula called “Immortalis” that stimulates the production of something called “Klotho” protein.
Your body’s circulating levels of soluble Klotho decrease with age and lower Klotho levels are associated with an increased risk of age-related diseases. In addition to helping your body produce more Klotho, this proprietary formula, created by Dr. Marco Ruggiero, MD, Ph.D., actually alters the gravitational pull inside cells, thus changing the time perspective in which they can heal (think 40 hours of healing within a 24-hour time frame). By doing so, the DNA in your cells actually has more “time” when multiplying, so less mutations!! I know this sounds crazy, but do a Pubmed search for “Klotho protein,” and you’ll find some pretty compelling research.
Klotho proteins have major effects on anti-aging and longevity but they CANNOT simply be taken exogenously, and instead must be combined with a blend of probiotic precursors to have the so-called “immortality” effect.
Anyways, after the interview, I got my hands on a bottle of Klotho mixed with probiotics from Immortalis (warning: this stuff ain’t cheap), and learned that the best way to 100x the effects is to ferment it in yogurt using a special recipe. So, naturally, that’s exactly what I did this week using goat milk that I boiled first then cooled to room temp, olive oil as a medium for the Klotho protein to grow with, two broken-open capsules of the actual Immortalis Klotho, and a cheap-ass yogurt maker. It took me about 10 minutes to whip up, then 12 hours to ferment before moving to my refrigerator where I’m hoping my wife doesn’t eat my entire batch of really, really expensive yogurt.
The olive oil part of this is actually important. The oleic acid in the olive oil binds to the chondroitin sulfate and vitamins in the probiotic formula thanks to the enzymes produced by the microbes during fermentation. In addition, the olive oil creates a natural hydrophobic layer which allows for the proliferation of anaerobic microbes. Not to mention the fact that oleic acid bound to chondroitin sulfate and vitamins, particularly vitamin D, has powerful therapeutic effects.
So if you are A) bored, and B) have money burning a hole in your pocket for expensive anti-aging probiotics, then try it out. Let me know if you do. By the way, the yogurt tastes amazing. However, I’ve only been eating it for three days now so haven’t tested telomeres or methylation clocks or anything like that. But I have been having some amazing morning poops. So there’s that.
Click here to get the Immortalis Klotho Formula if you want to try your own hand at making immortality yogurt (Theoretically, this recipe would work with any probiotic strain, but obviously Klotho protein in the Immortalis formula is the longevity part of this yogurt, so you wouldn’t be getting that).

::: Save 15% On The First Wearable That Helps You De-Stress, Focus, Energize, & More :::
Created by a board-certified psychiatrist and translational neuroscientist, the Apollo is an indispensable and safe tool for anyone who wants better living through science. I’ve been using it in the “social and open” setting for parties, the “relaxation” setting for naps, the “sleep” setting for a deep night of restorative sleep, and more.
Clinical studies show that Apollo increases physical endurance, mental performance under stress, access to meditative states, and helps users reach relaxation before bed rapidly by improving heart rate variability (HRV).
The Apollo system has been tested and independently validated by a number of different institutions in the military and many veterans, several academics at universities, elite athletics clubs, as well as in two university clinical trials with 6 more trials currently underway. The most recently completed trial of Apollo at the University of Pittsburgh compared EEG patterns of 25 naive meditators to 25 experienced meditators and demonstrated that Apollo frequencies made naive meditators’ brain waves look nearly identical to those of experienced meditators within 12 minutes.
What I like most about the Apollo is that they have a setting for almost any purpose, and the device is only getting better! Use my link to order your own Apollo, and you’ll automatically save 15%.
Need Help Fully Optimizing Your Brain & Body?
I’ve studied the science, seen first-hand what works and what doesn’t, and most importantly, know how to help you make lasting changes to become the best version of yourself – for good. I’ve also trained an entire army of Kion Coaches, and with our support, you’ll no longer have to struggle to decipher conflicting health information, only to end up confused and unmotivated.
Here’s a simple technique to burn fat fast that goes beyond exercise and diet.
For two decades, I’ve relied upon this one fat-loss technique that has never failed me or the clients I train. It is my most potent 1-2-3 fat-loss technique, and I call it Strike, Stroll, Shiver.
- Strike: This first step is optional, but it will give you an added fat-burning bonus: prior to “Stroll,” step 2, consume a cup of coffee or green tea to help mobilize fatty acids and slightly boost your metabolic rate. It has to be plain-Jane coffee (use code BGF20) or tea—no sugar, no cream, no MCT oil, no butter—but you can add a couple of capsules of a blood sugar stabilizer such as berberine, bitter melon extract or Kion Lean (use code BGF20) to enhance its fat-burning effects even more. Just remember: no calories. If you’re concerned about losing muscle or you are attempting to gain significant lean muscle mass, you can also consume 10 to 20 g of Kion Aminos (use code BGF20) as well, which will provide a small anabolic effect without significantly spiking blood glucose or insulin.
- Stroll: As soon as you wake up, do a 10-40 minute light aerobic session in a fasted state. This will allow your body to tap into its own fat for fuel. (Having coffee or tea per step 1 won’t break your fast.) Choose anything that’s easy, aerobic, conversational, and low-stress. This will still allow you to perform a hard workout later in the day, and it won’t make you want to devour every breakfast item in sight afterward.
- Shiver: Complete your “stroll” and dive straight into 2-5 minutes of exposure to anything cold. Any of the cold thermogenesis tactics count, including cold shower, a dip into a cold river or lake, or a cold bath (use code BENFORGE for $150 off the retail price for any Forge).
I stick to this strategy year-round and it is one of the biggest fat-loss game-changers I’ve found.

Featured Product: Kion Bar
One of my favorite things to grab when I’m traveling, running out the door for a long hike or adventure, or when I’m just hankerin’ for a delicious chocolatey snack, is the Kion Bar.
This bar is something I formulated specifically for active individuals who need a clean, real-food source of energy on the go. It’s hypoallergenic and guilt-free, and jam-packed with a unique blend of ingredients that support energy without excess carbohydrates or artificial ingredients. Chia seeds, almonds, coconut, and cacao nibs also give it an amazing crunch and texture that’s much more satisfying to eat than the gooey mash that makes up your average energy bar.
And if you’re looking for a more “indulgent” way to eat these things, try them with a piping hot cup of coffee—or my favorite—crumbled on top of some Oatmeal Cookie Halo Top ice cream. Bon appetit!
Check out the Kion Bar, and use code BGF20 for 20% off your first purchase.

If there’s one exercise that I probably do more than any other exercise that exists, it’s pushups. On most days, at some point ***nearly every hour***, I drop and do anywhere from 20 to 50 quick push-ups. I’ve been doing that since I was about 14 years old. I remember the first time my parents challenged me to do 100 push-ups in a row when I was a kid and after doing it, I felt like an absolute champ. I’ve been doing push-ups as some part of my exercise routine ever since. It’s pretty rare that I benchpress, do any kind of chest flies, the pec deck, the chest press, etc. i’m a creature of consistency, and attribute any striations or definition that I have in my chest to simply “greasing the groove“ with push-ups just about every day of the week, 365 days a year. How about you? Do you have any non-negotiable exercises that you leave into your daily routine every day?
